1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files saved on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as local storage, pixels and tags, work in the same way. In this policy "cookies" means all of them.
2. Who uses them
Holy Claus (see the Legal Notice) is responsible for the cookies it chooses to use on holyclaus.com. Some cookies are set by third parties that provide services on the Site, such as our store platform (Shopify), payment providers, analytics and advertising partners and the chat service. Those third parties are responsible for their own cookies and policies.
3. Types of cookies
- Strictly necessary. They keep your cart and checkout working, remember your session, keep the store secure and prevent fraud, and store your cookie choices. They cannot be switched off in our systems, and the Site will not work without them. They do not need your consent.
- Preferences and functionality. They remember choices such as your selected bundle, your region or the countdown for the free gift, so the page behaves the same when you return.
- Analytics and performance. They help us understand how the Site is used and how it performs, so we can improve it.
- Marketing and advertising. They may be used by us or by partners (for example advertising platforms such as Meta or Google, if enabled) to measure the results of adverts, show relevant adverts and recognise returning visitors.
Cookies other than strictly necessary ones are used only with your consent where the law requires it.
4. Your choices
You can accept, decline or change your choices through the cookie banner or settings on the Site where available, and you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, the cart and checkout may not work. Declining optional cookies does not affect your ability to buy. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this does not affect processing before you withdrew it.
5. How long they last
Session cookies are deleted when you close your browser. Persistent cookies stay on your device until they expire or you delete them; their duration is set by the party that places them and usually ranges from a few minutes to up to two years.
6. Personal data
Where cookies involve personal data, our Privacy Policy explains how we use it and what rights you have.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy at any time; the version on the Site applies. Questions: holyclausofficial@gmail.com.
